Zermac Artizer is a user-friendly and energy-efficient oven model that offers a first in the micro oven sector. It provides a simple and understandable usage with its 4.3" touch control panel. Perfect temperature control is ensured thanks to 3 thermocouples on each level of the oven, and the heat degrees of 4 resistors can be adjusted, thus ensuring perfect cooking. Additionally, thanks to the feature of saving and copying 99 recipes, standard cooking can be repeated each time.

Independent Steam Generator
The Independent Steam Generator produces steam inside the oven and maintains the temperature inside the oven. This way, the temperature inside the oven remains constant and the cooking process is performed perfectly.
Low Electricity Consumption
Thanks to the use of shared heating elements on each floor, energy consumption is only 3kWh* for a total cooking surface area of 0.78m² and a large floor height of 218mm. (While industrial stone-based deck ovens use 2 heating elements on each floor, Zermac Artizer uses 4 heating elements on 3 floors with a common cabinet, which helps to protect nature by saving up to 50% energy and minimizes cooking costs.)
Single-Phase Electricity
Since Zermac Artizer operates with 230V Single Phase electricity, it eliminates the need to provide three-phase electricity to your business and minimizes initial installation installation costs.
Cleanable Double Glass
While thermal loss is minimized thanks to the double glass used in the Zermac Artizer door, the inner glass is designed to be hinged. This feature allows you to easily clean the inner surfaces of the inner and outer glass, which get dirty over time.
